Shipping policy
All orders are freshly prepared and shipped as part of our scheduled weekly drops. We currently ship twice a week, with orders dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays for delivery on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately after placing your order—address changes are only possible before dispatch.
In the event of a delivery issue or damage, please email us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and assist on a case-by-case basis.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, delivery timelines are strictly followed to ensure quality and freshness.
