At GoldBites, every order is baked fresh as part of a limited weekly drop. Because of the nature of our products, we have a clear returns and refunds policy outlined below.

Perishable Goods

All GoldBites products are fresh food items and are therefore non-returnable.
Once an order has been delivered, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders are prepared specifically for each drop.

  • Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations

  • If you need help with an order, please contact us as soon as possible after checkout and we’ll do our best to assist before baking begins

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • An item is missing from your order

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos where applicable

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are only issued where there is a genuine issue with the order.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delivery Issues

GoldBites is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the courier

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Missed deliveries where no safe location or recipient is available

Please ensure your delivery information is accurate at checkout.

Our bakes are made fresh for each drop.
Storage guidance is included with your order to help you enjoy your GoldBites at their best.
