THE WEEKLY DROP

When do GoldBites drops go live?

GoldBites drops go live every Friday at a set time. Each drop is released once and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

What does a “limited drop” mean?

A limited drop means we bake a fixed quantity for that week only. Once it sells out, ordering closes and the drop does not return.

Do you restock sold-out drops?

No. We never restock. Each drop is a one-time release designed around freshness and quality.

Can I reserve a box before the drop goes live?

We don’t offer reservations. The best way to secure a box is to sign up for email and SMS alerts so you’re notified the moment the drop opens.

How do I get notified about new drops?

Sign up for email and SMS alerts via our site. Subscribers are the first to know when a drop is announced and when it goes live.

ORDERING & BUNDLES

Why can’t I buy items individually?

GoldBites is bundles-only by design. This allows us to plan each bake precisely, reduce waste, and maintain consistent quality across every drop.

How do I build my bundle?

When the drop is live, clicking “Order now” opens our custom bundle builder. From there, you can select flavours and build your box before checking out.

Can I order more than one box?

Yes — as long as the drop hasn’t sold out, you can order multiple boxes in a single checkout.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Because we bake to order, changes aren’t guaranteed. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we’ll do our best to assist.

DELIVERY & REFUNDS

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to UK addresses (or specify your delivery region if more limited).

When will my order arrive?

Orders are:

  • Processed in 1–3 working days
  • Shipped in 1–2 working days

Everything is baked fresh and dispatched as quickly as possible.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details so we can help resolve it.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the nature of fresh food, we don’t accept returns. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis for genuine issues.

INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS

Do your products contain allergens?

Yes. Our bakes may contain gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. Full ingredient and allergen information is provided where possible.

Can you cater to allergies or dietary requirements?

Due to our production process, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products or make substitutions for individual dietary needs.

Where can I find ingredient information?

Ingredient details are shared on product descriptions and within the bundle builder during ordering.

How should I store my bakes?

Storage guidance is included with your order. For best results, enjoy your bakes fresh within the recommended timeframe.
